Take the time to make your soul happy, hello this is Geetanjali, since 2017 I am taking yoga sessions, it's been long 4 years, I provide home classes and online yoga classes I also have experience of taking studio group classes, I have done my graduation in yoga and psychology from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Haridwar and completed my Pg diploma in yogic science. I teach Hath yoga, Power yoga, Prenatal yoga, Therapeutic yoga, yoga for stress relief, better flexibility and weigh loss. because of psychology background I'm also good at relaxation techniques and guided meditation.
