I have worked with other trainers are well and the challenge I faced with others is that they exhaust you with complex cardio regine and not really work on building core strength. Akash helps in identifying your weak areas and work on building them.He has a good grip on the basics and helps you understand the thought behind every exercise and not just random repetitions. Keeps pushing you to achieve more on daily basis. Very true to routine and focus on building overall wellness. I like the part where for same body area how different mix and match exercises he can come up with. Akash also help and participates in your post workout recovery. What is the nutrition you are taking, rest and stretching. There are days where we just focused on stretching and recovery. "
