The best way to get fluent in English is to speak the language and much as possible. Take help from the people already having a command over it by talking to them and encourage them to correct you for any mistakes. Also listening to good videos available in the English language is something that can help to correct pronunciation.

Yes. There is an easy method to find the square of the numbers. The method varies on the digit (any digit from 0to 9) at the unit's place. For eg. For any number with '0' in it's unit's place, (40^2=?) the steps are,

Step 1:double the number of zeros in the answer and place it to the right side.

So (0)^2=00

Step 2: Square the digits left to 0. In this case it's 4.

(4)^2=16

Step 3: So, (40)^2 is 1600.

Note: There is different set of rules for the digit in the unit's place of a number. For more digits (1 to 9) let me know.

Speaking fluently in English and writing pieces in the English language without grammatical errors goes together. Our writing quality enhances when we attempt to improve our speaking.
