There are various universities in different countries that do not ask for TOEFL and IELTS scores. Australia, Canada, UK, Gremany and Norway are a few of them.

Hi Ujwalajagdale, You can study abroad without IELTS and TOEFL in many Universities located in countries such as Australia ,Canada ,UK ,Norway and Germany.
