Dancing is an important part of life. It teaches physical fitness in a fun and engaging way. It helps shy kids come out of their shell and outspoken kids learn to listen and follow directions. But who don't like dance, for them it is nothing.

It can be as simple as a way to express yourself without words to something more complex like a way to keep fit. Think about how it makes you feel and how it makes other people feel and you should be able to answer this question. Dancing is more than just enjoyment, it is a physical activity. It's a benefit to both the body and the mind. But it is an important part of life for each of us in a different way. For some, it's a form of entertainment, for others it's a way of interacting with friends, and for some it's a way of expressing oneself. The benefits of dancing before, during and after a workout are great. It improves cardiovascular function, increases core strength and makes cha-cha-cha look like child's play! read less
