Ballet is one of the best dance forms to help get flexible. They learn the art of balance and the graceful movements of the arms and legs teach them proper poise and posture. Ballet also strengthens their core muscles.

Kathakali is one of the best classical dance form which narrate a story via expression or. Action. So personally I suggest go for this form.
