Dear Team, I am Karthikeyan. I am working as Project Manager at ArisGlobal Mysore. I will be moving to Bangalore soon. I would like to practice as a part time trainer on weekend. I have got training on softskills ( 7 habits of highly effective people, speed of trust, conflict handling, Problem solving skills...) I don't have any prior experience in training the unknown audience. I have conducted training for my project team. Please let me know if there is any opportunity and let me know how i can start practicing as training. I have 14 years of IT industry experience. I have been conducting humour-based and value-addition programs for schools, colleges, banks, corporates, summer camps, birthday parties, etc. But, it is becoming increasingly difficult to focus both on marketing the program and conducting the same.
