Dear Team, I am Karthikeyan. I am working as Project Manager at ArisGlobal Mysore. I will be moving to Bangalore soon. I would like to practice as a part time trainer on weekend. I have got training on softskills ( 7 habits of highly effective people, speed of trust, conflict handling, Problem solving skills...) I don't have any prior experience in training the unknown audience. I have conducted training for my project team. Please let me know if there is any opportunity and let me know how i can start practicing as training. I have 14 years of IT industry experience. My Education qualification is : BE computer science Regards, Karthikeyan

Emotion -> How much you can endure(Shock absorber) at hardships. -> What is your compressing the feeling capacity(Break) at anger. 4. Conscience -> Are you blaming the life(highway). -> Are you blaming yourself(Car). -> Are you glorifying your high way(life). -> Are you respecting yourself(car) If you have all these things that can be aware of life and you (car and Highway), take care drive safe. . .
Personality is truly a complex term however if the person concerned is open to change his thought processthen it's becomes simplified
