Dear Team, I am Karthikeyan. I am working as Project Manager at ArisGlobal Mysore. I will be moving to Bangalore soon. I would like to practice as a part time trainer on weekend. I have got training on softskills ( 7 habits of highly effective people, speed of trust, conflict handling, Problem solving skills...) I don't have any prior experience in training the unknown audience. I have conducted training for my project team. Please let me know if there is any opportunity and let me know how i can start practicing as training. I have 14 years of IT industry experience. Conscience -> Are you blaming the life(highway). -> Are you blaming yourself(Car). -> Are you glorifying your high way(life). -> Are you respecting yourself(car) If you have all these things that can be aware of life and you (car and Highway), take care drive safe. . .

Personality is truly a complex term however if the person concerned is open to change his thought processthen it's becomes simplified

I am a Post graduate in bioinformatics and have 2 years 6 months experience in project executive job in biotechnology department of a firm.In my job my work mainly was to do online research of projects ,product and make a report or presentations.I contacted clients through telephone or mails and took followups and sometimes attended workshops.
