Let me be very honest and tell you that there is no quick-fix solution to your situation. But there are several pathways towards finding the real solutions. I have been conducting humour-based and value-addition programs for schools, colleges, banks, corporates, summer camps, birthday parties, etc. But, it is becoming increasingly difficult to focus both on marketing the program and conducting the same. Could some of the corporate trainers like to associate, on a revenue-sharing basis, in taking up the responsibility of marketing the programs? Just for information, I have conducted a variety of programs in 257 schools, about 25 colleges, Reserve Bank of India and some other banks, and a few corporates (both regular and under CSR).
