If the question is how important is training to an automobile guy, then the answer is a strong YES. One, for life, that person may not remain an automobile sector guy either working for production/repair, he would require skills that graduate him to the next field/vocation/work-level/executive level. Two, even if the person remains in the auto sector, in no time he would turn stale if he is not getting continuous training. The trained ones or the new recruits will have better training on latest technologies and will surpass him in scope and job prospects. read less
