Definitely any of the programming languages. To the most of it, learn generic skills most common to all of those in the market.. Whether Java, DotNet whatever. Master the frameworks in it.

I am a BTech graduate working in a BPO. I am not very good with programming but I want to leave BPO and get a good job now. Since I am a graduate in BTech(IT) I think I will have to look for Software jobs (otherwise I would be forced to join a bank or other govt jobs by the family, which I don't like). I am confused between Software testing and development. Testing doesn't give much career growth but doesn't require much coding abilities (good for me). Some asked me to learn Android development. I am totally confused and I don't have much time left. Please help me.
