1) Be aware of your intonation and overall communication skill,rate it and write it on a diary,that will help you to monitor your progress. 2)Record your video and audio,it will also boost your confidence 3) watch videos of someone your look upto for great communication skill and observe how they communicate and learn. 4) take small step and start conversation,even if it is just a 5min convo but slowly it will help you in many ways.
