First of all, any kind of training has to interactive. It should never be a monologue. Following are some of the things you could use in your training: 1. Asking n probing the participants. It creates interest and connect with the participants. As far as possible, write on the board in brief whatever participants say. 2. Showing Videos: Keep these brief and again ask the participants their views. After that you should sum up. 3. Activities - written, through PPTs or in group 4. Discussing small case studies 5. Stories: A trainer has to have rich repertoire of stories on various topics and should always be ready to tell those at any point of time. 6. The training should be intertwined with wit and humour. read less
