It creates interest and connect with the participants. As far as possible, write on the board in brief whatever participants say. 2. Showing Videos: Keep these brief and again ask the participants their views. After that you should sum up. 3. Activities - written, through PPTs or in group 4. Discussing small case studies 5. Stories: A trainer has to have rich repertoire of stories on various topics and should always be ready to tell those at any point of time. 6.
