First understand basics we studied in school. And review old notes and text book. And study basic mathematics also, because is related to physics. Then try to study higher level concept.

The good way to study Physics is to understand the concept, practicing derivations 2-3 times on paper and do numericals on that topics as much as you can. By doing more numericals, your concept will be more clear.
