In my opinion, all questions are interesting if one enjoys answering them.
Reading the newspaper would prove beneficial, for, one is aware of the latest happenings, can use that knowledge in context.
For example, in the morning 's news I read about a yellow-colored robot that delivers groceries in Chinese homes, taking advantage of Chinese consumers' love of cashless payments and smartphone shopping.
Even for a regular question, an interesting answer such as this would leave a good impression in the mind of the examiner ....
Practise to give interesting answers, whatever the question may be.
