For general health, 15–30 minutes of daily yoga is beneficial, while 30–60 minutes is ideal for increased strength and flexibility. Consistency is more important than duration; even 10-15 minutes of daily practice can significantly reduce stress. Beginners should start with 2–3 sessions per week, increasing as they gain experience.

If they are already practicing yoga, we can teach them correctly. For those who are new to yoga online, sometimes mistakes can occur depending on their physical condition. They need to be careful. How can we correct the way we handle breathing for those who are new to yoga? They are likely to make mistakes.
