I assume you live in Mumbai. Some suggestions for you - you can search for leading Mumbai bands, and contact some of them in person. You may not be able to directly get into a lead singer role in a big band, but can be a support or a secondary singer, if you make a good relationship with the people there. You should deminstrate your skills by singing free for them, perhapsor doing some informal shos, etc. Then you should slowly and gradually increase your level of engagement with them, and once your talent shows, you can soon become a lead singer either in that band or you could even start your own band. You have keep working in this direction, all the time making sure that your musical quality is really up to the mark.
