Diabetes once occurred in the body can not be cured; it can only be regulated. Certain Yoga postures help in stimulating the pancreas, which is responsible for producing Insulin in the body. It does help to regulate your sugar level.

Yoga Poses such as Shashank asana, Tree pose, Head stand etc will work for Depression. Additionaly do basic pranayama such as Anulom Vilom and Kapal Bhati.

Yes, there is no harm in practising Yoga with knee problems. Although I would suggest that you avoid certain movements and asanas if they cause discomfort. Infact yoga can help you in strengthening your knee.
