First of all, a big round of applause for all of you for having decided to learn one of the world's most complex system of Music!
So, here I have a tip for you all.
Step 1: Switch on the Shruti Box and fix the pitch to suit your voice pitch, such that there's a sync.
Step 2: Practice the first 2-3 Swaravali Varisai in speed 1.
Step 3: Now, sing the same Swaravali in "Akaram"
Step 4: Repeat the same with Speed 2 & 3.
Benefits of singing in Akaaram:
Voice will get more cultured. It's like excercising the voice.
