Hi, I have done MBA(HR) along with B.E.Comp science degree.I am currently working with Cognizant as HR Analyst from past 2 yeras.Now I wanted to take up new skills so that it will landed me for Personal & professional immerse growth with compatative salary.Which course or skill should I take up according to my exp & background?

It might sound more like sales to you but the fact is I myself was a professional in sales 12 years and found by calling in Personal Success coaching which is you can say something totally diffrent it start with self analysis followed by narrowing down path as well as handholding by imparting skills which have proven to be efficient and successful for many professionals in the past. Further I wont recommend you to go for another degree rather we can work on skill based knowledge as I understand how one feels when they have to spend high on studies or if they land up again in the same soup like your current situation because in case your second calling is again not satisfying it will only give you further tension. There is no harm is taking expert guidance because you have to work 9 hours X 5 days minimum anywhere so if you are going to spend at a place more then your house then it has to be something which you at least you enjoy doing or is related to your hobby or passion. With more than 800 new careers the doors are open and one need not go for a more concrete degree for same. read less
