Why: Specific reasons, purpose or benefits of accomplishing the goal. Who: Who is involved? Where: Identify a location. Which: Identify requirements and constraints. Measurable: Ability measure ur progress on daily basis How much? How many? How will I know when it is accomplished? ACHIEVABLE: An achievable goal will usually answer the question How? How can the goal be accomplished? How realistic is the goal based on other constraints RELEVANT: A relevant goal can answer yes to these questions: Does this seem worthwhile? Is this the right time? Does this match our other efforts/needs? Are you the right person? Is it applicable in the current socio-economic environment? TIME BOUND... A goal is a useless goal if u dont put a time bound to it. A time-bound goal will usually answer the questions: When? What can I do six months from now? What can I do six weeks from now? What can I do today? .... It is said that a person can get a job easily but to sustain in a job and build a career is an art & Science both which we all know as EQ "Emotional Intelligence". If you have great IQ and EQ then only you can have strong career else you may struggle to reach to the pinnacle of your career. Our emotions and how we regulate and manage it with others, surroundings is what matters and we must maters the art of managing emotions with dealing with self and others like anger, resistance, adaptability, respect, empathy, fear, trust etc. IQ is required for initial few years when a person is finding a job or learning a job but what help to have long sustainable career is EQ. So work on your EQ, do a self analysis of your behavior, personality and check it is okay or need fine tune. Hope it helps. read less

I am a postgraduate teacher with 4years teaching experience of senior classes (11-12). But now I have a small baby and therefore here almost 2 years gap in my career. Now I have two teaching offers from two different CBSE school.
