Hello, I am B.Tech graduate in CSE from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University, Delhi with 82%. I am getting placed in TCS as Assistant System Engineer. I don't why I am rejected from Top Most IT Industry HR/Managerial Interview. As, I have always cleared technical interview. I need some guidance related with HR/Managerial interview to enhance my attitude according to them. And now I am not happy with TCS. I want to switch from this either with higher studies (MBA/MS) or better job.
