Hello, i have completed my graduation in 2012. In 2013, i got married n took a break from studies. In 2014 i did post graduate diploma in financial services( Banking and Insurance) . it was a one year diploma degree. Now, i m confused what should i do ?Recently, i have preparing for ibps exams but still i m confused.. kindly help

If you want high paying job then go for MBA without any doubt..MS does not helpuch in engineering unless you want to teach,which is not a high paying job.

Which ETL tool is better to go for. I have experience of 2.5 years in asp.net but I don't have interest in front end coding. Tools are R and SAS are also there for analytics. Which field pays well and have good career growth
If you are already have experience in asp .net, try picking up SSIS, SSRS etc. That makes for a very good combination.
