Which ETL tool is better to go for. I have experience of 2.5 years in asp.net but I don't have interest in front end coding. Tools are R and SAS are also there for analytics. Which field pays well and have good career growth

If you are already have experience in asp .net, try picking up SSIS, SSRS etc. That makes for a very good combination.

Considering that you have experience on .net, go for SSIS SSRS BI suite. That would make your profile strong.

Business analytics is going to remain and will become more and more imp in future.If you have passion for data or datawarehousing or ETL in general you can do a course in any happening BI tool.Go for OWBOracle ),Business Objects etc depending on your interest in IBM,Oracle,SQL etc.
