A tutor partnership is one where tutor can get the students details to contact them but sometimes it is fake and students are just passing their time with the tutors.

To change from a learner to a tutor account on UrbanPro, go to your 'Account' settings or Profile section. Look for an option that says 'Become a Tutor' or 'Switch to Tutor'. You will need to provide your teaching details, subjects, and experience to complete the tutor registration. Once verified, your account will be active as a tutor.
