Yoga is very important during pregnancy cause it's improving our breath and supply more oxygen in our blood so baby feel very good and calm, and some asana like bridge pose, butterfly, and some streching can improve our flexibility and lots of chances for normal delivery. Thank you ...more

Yes, we have lots of patients for back pain, they are doing backward bending related asanas like bridge pose, mountain pose and tadasan, so they feel more better after some days, and they get rid of their back pain related issues. Thank you

Yes ofcourse, in yoga there are lots of asana for backpain like cobra pose, cat cow pose, bridge pose etc. These asanas are more effective in back pain, it's improving our spine flexibility. Thank you!

Definitely safe, but some exercise is more effective. For weight loss, it takes more time, but it is safe.
