I will suggest go for B.Tech course. Most TOP MNC preferred B.TEch over BCA+MCA.

BCA+MCA is equivalent to B.Tech (cs/It). Never think for BCA go for B.Tech in cs or it , it is more job oriented so go for B.Tech in cs or it in stead of bca
