I will suggest go for B.Tech course. Most TOP MNC preferred B.TEch over BCA+MCA.

B Tech is the most coveted degree and most preferred among jobs by MNC only if u r unbale to develop desire for BTech and good at programming skills for for BCA+MCA

B.Tech is more better than BCA +MCA. It saves your valuable 2 years and provides more job opportunities.

BCA+MCA is equivalent to B.Tech (cs/It). Never think for BCA go for B.Tech in cs or it , it is more job oriented so go for B.Tech in cs or it in stead of bca
