B.Tech u will learn Computer hardware ( bit Electronics) and Software ( Programming) But BCA n MCA are Computer applications ...So those are focused on only Software ( Programming ).
Now a days, Job scenario is changing/ changed rapidly in IT industry. Now focus is on AI ( Artificial Intelligence ), Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Big data etc.
So it doesn't matter what degree u have (B.Tech/BCA) u hv to be proficient or having knowledge in current technology.
Most important thing, Now a day s..School Boys also know very good Programming-Java ( ISC Board has very good and detail syllabus)
