Scientists are still not sure if gravity is made of tiny particles. This is an unsolved question. But the universe is already random because very small things, like atoms, behave in a random way. This comes from quantum mechanics. So even if gravity is not made of tiny parts, the universe will still be probabilistic because small particles already act randomly..
