I am a Certified Yoga Instructor with experience in Group Yoga, Corporate Yoga, and Personal Yoga Therapy classes, for all age groups and fitness levels. I have a degree from S-VYASA, Bangalore and I am pursuing my Masters in Yoga and Yoga Therapy.
I have a professional experience of 15 years working in leading technology MNCs such as Siemens, Hewlett Packard and Cisco Systems. Therefore, I understand corporate stress and how Yoga can help in holistic wellness of employees.
I am truly grateful that I am associated with Yoga for several years now. In my classes I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help the participants.
I have been practicing the Yoga way of life for several years and I enjoy inspiring others to lead a life of good physical and mental health.
