I'm Sunitha, certified RYT-200 Hatha Yoga Instructor located at JP Nagar, Bangalore. I conduct yoga classes at JP Nagar Club and freelancing at Cult.fit and Mind.fit centres. Apart from my profession in Yoga Iâ??m a Software Engineer working at an MNC in Bangalore.

The mission of my organisation â??LotusSealâ?? is to spread awareness and importance of practicing Yoga and re-establishing connection with the self through the power of Yoga. Iâ??m interested to render my service in the form of Yoga classes or workshops to under privileged, autism kids, senior citizens or mentally challenging people.

I have closely been working with people of all age groups and having many health issues like diabetics, arthritis, PCOD, high/low blood pressure, cervical spondylitis, tennis elbow, suffering from. severe stiffness etc. They have got to see the results few months of joining the classes. I lead classes for all skill levels, teaching breathing practices and customise instruction for individual skill, experience and body type.
I will be sharing the knowledge of `asana', 'pranayama', 'mudra' and 'bandhas' so that practitioner gets maximum benefits. Not just focusing on flexibility, I make the practitioners work on strength and mobility of joints.
