Overview

As a yoga enthusiast, started my practice in 2015. Over the last 7 years, my routine evolved into a mix of both Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, along with venturing into meditation techniques.
In November 2022, I expanded my learning through teaching a friend and helping manage her PCOS and stress through yoga and lifestyle tips. Gaining confidence and recognizing the difference that I can make through Yoga, I became a certified Yoga teacher and started teaching. I am on call yoga therapist at Veda Rehabilitation center and been teaching yoga at sugarfit diabetes reversal center since 9 months.
And freelancing from past 3 years.
