Sparsh Yoga

Yoga, to me, is a journey of self-discovery and healing, a path I’ve walked for 27 years. My name is Saranga Biman Gogoi, and I'm dedicated to sharing the profound benefits of this ancient practice.

I hold a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Jain University. This dual background allows me to integrate the physical and mental aspects of well-being, I am also a certified trainer of Pranic healer and Varmam Therapies, providing a holistic approach to health.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of people, including six years at **GMR Infrastructure**. I'm also the proud co-founder of **Sparsh Yoga Bangalore**, where we strive to make yoga accessible to all.

I believe in tailoring the practice to meet the individual's unique needs, helping them find balance, strength, and peace. I look forward to guiding you on your own yoga journey.
