“Expression” most of the times this word has impacted me a lot Althroughout my life of 34 years of consistent practice. This state of expression at times has taken me to the bliss of communion with the body at a different level , which in turn has created a inward travel surpassing the levels of Triguna of Raja’s, Tama’s and Sattvika creating the Mahat of Paramatma which is the very essence of creation. Having liberated with this strong basics I feel the same should be shared to a larger manifestation of the self with the unconditioned love of my parents.
