I am a certified yoga instructor for the past five years and I give classes for batches and do personal training as well. Due to covid, I have shifted all the classes online.
I am well versed in ashtanga and iyengar yoga, and can provide holistic lifestyle modifications including diet, stress relief, meditation etc.
I deal with remedial yoga for body pain issues like stiff back, frozen shoulder etc and also exclusive women issues such as pcod,pcos, ovarian cyst, abortion/miscarriage, prenatal ,pregnancy, post natal yoga, harmonal imbalance, menopaise, facial toning etc .
I am well versed in hiit ,cardio, pilates and power yoga. I combine all these methods on an individual basis and try to provide the best result possible, taking into account individual needs.

"I joined Sangeeta's yoga classes in 2019, before COVID when we had offline classes. She has a good understanding of each of her student's level, capacity & capability. She encourages & motivate us to our full potential. Even in online classes, she is a keen observer and ensure that we get the benefit of doing the postures correctly without injuring ourselves. It has been my experience that as long I do yoga, I feel young, energetic & healthy, the moment I take a break of more than 2-4 weeks, some issue/illness will crop up. And Sangeeta is a person who always follows up with her students and encourage us to continue with yoga, for which I am forever indebted & thankful. She is a wonderful teacher & mentor. "

Yoga initially was like any other workout for me: stretching, blood flow etc. But as I progressed in my practice, the most significant change I started to notice was paying attention to details in my everyday observation. This, in itself, is a significant breakthrough for me as I started seeing things more 'clearly'. This practise gradually seeps into your inward introspection as well, especially when coupled with breathing techniques like pranayama. So for me, the most significant change was an observation, internal and external.

This, in itself, is a significant breakthrough for me as I started seeing things more 'clearly'. This practise gradually seeps into your inward introspection as well, especially when coupled with breathing techniques like pranayama.
