I train students in Spoken English, Personality Development, Soft Skills, and Business Communication. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them build confidence, enhance their communication abilities, and develop skills that improve both personal and professional effectiveness. My goal is to ensure that each student not only learns the language but can use it effectively in real-life situations.

I hold a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree. In addition, I have completed a 350-hour Diploma Training Program in TESOL, which has strengthened my expertise in teaching English to speakers of other languages. I also hold an HR Training Certification, which complements my work in Personality Development and Soft Skills. I strongly believe in continuous learning and regularly upgrade myself through certification courses to stay current and effective in my teaching methods.

I began my career as an English Lecturer at a degree college, teaching for three years, which provided me with a strong academic foundation in English language and literature. I later worked at PSP Language School, training Korean students for two years, focusing on their Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW) skills. This experience helped me understand teaching English as a second language in multicultural settings.

I have also trained engineering students at SIT Tumkur and KNSIT, focusing on communication skills, interview preparation, and professional development to make them industry-ready. These diverse experiences have helped me develop a learner-centric approach, tailoring lessons to meet the specific needs and goals of each student.

My methodology is structured, interactive, and practical. I follow a well-defined lesson plan based on the student’s proficiency level and objectives. Classes include group discussions, speaking exercises, reading and writing tasks, and active participation to boost fluency and confidence. By blending theory and practice, I ensure that students learn English in a way that is engaging, effective, and applicable in real-life scenarios.

I use PPTs and whiteboards extensively, and I provide comprehensive course materials to support learning. For English language training, I follow Cambridge University textbooks, structured across four progressive levels to match student advancement. In addition, I provide notes, assignments, and periodic assessments to reinforce learning, track progress, and ensure a thorough understanding of the subject.

Beyond teaching, I have had several rewarding experiences, including spending a year in the USA teaching at a Korean academy, and participating in seminars and research presentations during my Master’s degree. These experiences have enriched my teaching practice and allow me to provide students with both academic insight and practical learning strategies.
