Rhythmic Feet is a chain of dance and fitness studios based out of Bangalore. It conducts dance fitness/ aerobics, dance training, yoga, martial arts, etc.Dance aerobics combines aerobic exercises with flexibility and strength training, performed to music and in a group. A well-balance dance fitness class provides cardio vascular conditioning, muscular strength and conditioning, stretching and flexibility. Our fitness instructors combine various styles including western contemporary, hip hop, rumba, bollywood and regional latest numbers. Each class is about 60 min in duration including warm-up, stretches and cool-down; and has 10-25 participants. Suitable for age-groups between 15-50 years and both men and women. Great for people trying to get back into shape or staying in shape!
