I hold an MSc in Clinical and Industrial Psychology and am a trained Behaviour Therapist. My work primarily focuses on emotional development, behavioral understanding, emotional regulation, and youth wellbeing. I have experience working with autistic and ADHD individuals, adolescents, and families in emotionally demanding environments, including Karnataka juvenile observation homes. I have worked with organizations such as Aster, Early Autism Services, and Zoechea (an experiential wellbeing space). I am also associated with the NGO We The Men, where I support individuals and families navigating emotionally distressing situations requiring psychological and emotional support alongside legal aid systems. In addition to this, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and identity-related challenges, integrating reflective and emotionally aware approaches, including IFS-informed methodologies, into my practice. My current areas of interest are increasingly evolving toward understanding youth behavior, digital culture, gaming psychology, and emotional wellbeing within modern digital ecosystems.
