1. Always prepare for an interview in advance. Practice probable questions and their answers 2. Relax before the interview .. It's ok to feel nervous. 3. Take help from professionals incase you feel the need to improve your language skills or interview questions.

Since you have already been to a couple of interviews, you must already know the basic questions that they have, Use this as an opportunity to prepare yourself better for the next one. Do not get demotivated by rejection. Not everybody gets selected at the first interview they appear for. Here is a list of some questions you could prepare and practice for your HR rounds. 1. Tell us something about yourself (that is not mentioned in your CV) - This question is your opportunity to steer the interview in a direction that you want to. Make an apt answer for this one and tell the interviewer something interesting about yourself, that will also prove beneficial to the company when they hire you. Generally, by whatever information you end this answer, the next question will be on the same. 2. Your strengths and weaknesses - Make sure you've done your SWOT well before your interviews. Give examples of the strengths you possess. Do not give generic answers such as, 'I am hardworking.' Likewise for your weaknesses, make sure you give example of how you're overcoming it. 3. Why should we hire you? - Do read up about the company well. Know their recent achievements and awards so that you can gauge the culture and working style of the company. While you answer this question, draw parallels between the work of the company and your own working style. Also talk about how you can work towards the mission and vision of the company, as the same also reflects in your own professional goals. 4. Talk positively about your past experiences. Make sure you are technically sound for the post you're applying. Do not bluff about anything. Be honest and be yourself at the interview. Confidence is built with a combination of a lot of factors. Be dressed and groomed well for your interview. Make sure you are carrying all your documents neatly. Carry all your stationary. Reach at least 15 minutes before time. And wear a smile. An erect posture will help you remain calm and confident. Slow down your pace of speech to give you time to think as you answer. Do not fold your hands/legs, or fidget with things. All these will help you feel and appear more confident. All the best and do let us know if our tips helped you! read less
