Meditation

"I have taken the yoga classes (1:1) in the past (will be resuming) and currently taking the meditation classes. I started the meditation during a particularly stressful month, and it has become the highlight of my week. The instructor, Nidhish, is doing an incredible job of genuine mindfulness. I leave every session feeling lighter and more grounded. The yoga classes in the past have made me feel physically stronger. During my 1:1 sessions, we had been able to dive deep into specific poses and meditation techniques that I never quite 'got' in a group setting. I have found the instructor very knowledgeable. I have seen more progress in few weeks of private sessions than I did in a year of group classes. Overall having a very good experience! "
