What course you want to pursue is based on where your interest lies, i.e., software development, hardware technology, systems development, engineering, troubleshooting, management information system, internet, networking, etc.

Based on this, you should choose your certification. 

As far as my experience in hiring allows me, I would say, since social media is predominantly used these days, and many digital marketing companies have come up, they look for people with skills in web designing, web developing, UX/UI and they are paid well.

There are many ways to learn and be fluent in English.

1. Surround yourself with people who speak English better than you and who can guide you when you go wrong.
2. What are your hobbies? Say, travelling, watch documentaries in English about beautiful destinations.
3. There is an app called nudge on google play store. Do try, it's fantastic.
4. Read any articles in English, that interests you out loud to hear yourself and correct yourself.
5. It's a process. Be consistent. In due time you will see, you would have outdone yourself.

Firstly, in HR and marketing with experience in recruitment and digital marketing, you can lean towards both with this scenario. You have plenty of opportunities to explore in HR and Marketing field. Choose the area of study that you are more passionate about.

SAP I don't have much experience. Hence I cannot comment on it.
