I AM A Certified Ethical Hacker | Trainer | Cyber Security | Network Pen Tester | Web Pen Tester.
If you have an MCA degree in your hand, then better get some job in the IT industry. Job experience would give you more confidence in your future. Yes, you can do some course, but your priority should be to get the job.
PS: Course can also be done along with your job.
Cheers!
All the best!

I am working as a Network specialist & consultant. If you are well versed in the Developing part, I would recommend doing the JAVA & such things. But If you are looking for the minimum scope in developing & high payable with handling the real-time concerns & learning part. I would recommend choosing the Networking field like Routing, Switching & Firewall security courses. Thanks & all the best to select the right one!

First, congratulations to you!
Now I would like to suggest to you that first, you will have to find out your interest like what you want to do in IT (Programing, Website Design, Server administration, Cyber Security, Network administration etc.) then acquire any right certification like CCNA, RHCE, MCSE then focus on that particular field and go ahead.

After Completing the MCA course, you must know about yourself and your interest like programming, Networking, testing, database side or designing.

Hi Ravi,
There are quite a lot of courses that are available in the markets. Each has its significance and weight. In the present day scenario, the lines between professions have become thinner, and anyone can pursue any profession. I would suggest identifying your passion area and following your dream to achieve rather than taking up a hot offering in the market which you are disinclined as you cannot give your hundred per cent. As a faculty in data analysis and as a person with fifteen years of professional experience, in MNCs, I have seen and observed that data crunching is the buzz and will stay in the market. Tools might evolve over some time. It is going to stay because, for any business decision, we need to have substantial evidence. For that, we use many tools to arrive at a particular decision. You can think through if your passion lies in this domain.
Ravi, you should be complete some knowledge on updated or new technology (i.e. Cloud Computing, Quantum Computing, Server Maintenance Knowledge[Hardware], Blockchain etc... ).
Then, you have a strong command of at least one programming language and try to get an internship(in-office) with a job offer to gain experience with professionalism at that place.
