Which option is better, a gym or a dance class?

Hi, Meditation is beteer. Gym and Dance is focused on Body only (Mind and soul is totally ignored). Meditation is like doing gym for mind & to control your Dancing thoughts. Regards,Mahesh K

What is happening in my body during Bikram Yoga?

I will answer it in one line. Bikram Yoga is Hatha Yoga. It is acting on your body only. It doesn't cover the mind and soul part, which is more important than the body. Hoping it's helpful.
