To make learning effective and engaging, I use IBM official documents as reference materials and prepare detailed presentations for better conceptual clarity. I also demonstrate live mainframe connections during sessions, giving students a chance to see the real-time application of what they are learning. This practical exposure makes my classes dynamic and helps students gain confidence in using mainframe systems.
