Over the years I’ve guided students working with back pain, joint stiffness, anxiety, and other everyday stresses, helping them rebuild strength, mobility, and calm through yoga. My approach blends: Mantra & Centering – Opening each session with Shanti Mantra or Patanjali Mantra to create a steady, peaceful focus. Therapeutic Asana – Gradual, alignment-based postures such as Ek Pada / Dwi Pada Uttanasana, Naukasana, and variations of Surya Namaskar or Ganapati Namaskar, adapted to each student’s body and needs. Breathwork & Relaxation – Pranayama techniques (Udar, Urah, Griva, Swan, Sheetali) and guided rest that soothe the nervous system and restore energy. I aim to make every class a calm, supportive space where students/patients can safely release tension, improve balance and flexibility, and nurture resilience from the inside out.
