I've a 2 years of experience as a software engineer but for last 1 year I've been working on music production. I have pretty good understanding of music theory and concepts, plus I've hands on ableton.

I have been singing for as long as I can remember. I trained in Western Classical Vocals for 1 year and am presently undergoing training in Hindustani Classical Singing. Presently I am part of 3 different bands here in Bangalore. The Bangalore Broadway Company - where we sing acapella songs, musical theatre pieces and African folk. The second is my band 'Pearls for Swine' where we do 'Soul', funk and jazz music. The third band and the newest has us performing malayalam folk songs. I have performed at various pubs here in Bangalore like BFlat, Take 5, Vapour and Toit. I was also trained in Jazz singing and theory for a while so I can confidently say that Singing is something that is extremely close to my heart and which I hope to train students in. That apart I also learned the violin for 6 years. I passed the Grade 4 exam of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, London and the Grade 2 exam in Music Theory and passed both with distinction. In my vocal classes I will be drawing on my experience in various genres of singing to train students in Singing Techniques. My vocal training classes will help students use their voices well and realise their true singing potential and is something kids and older people alike would benefit from.
