I have more than 25 years of corporate experience having worked in major MNCs at very senior positions. Coaching students since last seven years on Physics & Maths mainly for state/board exams, JEEMain, NEET (Physics is a differentiation for NEET) and JEE Advanced. Has reputation of coaching students to excel who found it difficult in 'standard reputed' coaching institutes. Though I prefer students who can continue two years with me (11th & 12th), I have successfully coached students students who have come at last moment. I do conduct focused CET coaching after the board exams for the needy students. I take very limited students and mostly focused one-on-one coaching at my residence which is opposite Kemp Fort on Old Airport Road. When my son came to 12th Std, I left corporate life to teach him and put him at NIT, Surathkal. Became popular in my own circle in teaching mainly Physics & Maths for 11th & 12th (even though I teach Physical Chemistry). Later I put my daughter also in NIT, Surathkal. Definitely this year a couple of my students will join NIT/IIT. I believe teaching is not just technical competence; it requires a lot of soft skills in a teacher to carry the students along the complete journey by hand holding & nurturing them and creating that urgency to success within the student. I think, that is half the job of coaching students to excel.
