I am an engineer who was a molecular biologist in Germany for 6 years and then quit that for a street photography tour of India and ended up building a community of artists and scientists in North Bangalore. I have an experience of 7 years in soft skills training with two organizations. I have also had exposure in training college students in North Karnataka to help them learn soft skills and personality development. I share my own experience as a learner in order to make my trainees comfortable and confident in the learning process.

I have just finished my engineering and the commin problem that I saw in many of my college mates was that they were weak in interpersonal and communication skills which matters alot to enter the corporate world. I have helped them by actively involving them in various activities by building confidence in them and also by tunning their language a little.
