Suman Pachi is an amazing person and teacher. I was almost at zero and failed every test and exam since class VII in Math. Well, you can put that down to having teacher sin school who best taught the so-called-intelligent students. I had made up my mind that Math teachers live in their own worlds and was almost resolved to failing Math in the ICSE, until I began my studies with Suman Pachi. I began to like working out the sums but most of all I began to like going for the tuition with Suman Pachi. She singularly, changed my entire take on Math. She was patient and strict, came to my level of understanding and showed me why I went wrong and how to re-work the same. Her level of perseverance is incredible and this gave me so much impetus, that I vowed to live up to to her expectations of me. She took time to make me understand every concept/principle theorem, which I should have learnt in class 7. She taught me every single one in the few months we had. She encouraged me at every step, reminded and persuaded me to attend class, when I became lazy. Primarily, she is kind, intelligent, knowledgeable and is passionate to 'teach one to understand', unlike the teachers I was forced to bear - who narrated stuff because they had to. Suman Pachi, my only regret is I should I come to you earlier. My gratitude to you for including me in your fold at almost the 12th hour and rekindling my knowledge and courage to do well in my ICSE. Got XI class admission on merit list!
