The biggest achievement my students and I accomplished was being chosen as a TIJ classroom. Teach For India selects Fellows and classrooms which have high impact and student outcomes every year so they may study and document both student and teacher actions which led to the said outcomes. It is known as Transformational Impact Journey (TIJ). My classroom was one among seven classrooms that were picked as TIJ classrooms. One of my students and I were invited to a three-day conference in Mumbai where we discussed student-teacher actions and learning loops that helped us have the high learning outcomes that we did. Following which, a team from the Teach For India National Team came down to Hyderabad to shoot and document student-teacher actions and learning loops in my classroom.
