Hi, I am santosh phadnis . I teach english and mathematics for state , cbse and icse boards . I have a Bachelor of education degree in english and maths from bangalore university through Miranda college of education in bangalore . i have a prior teaching experience of teaching for a total of 9 years . i have taught english and maths in various schools and tuition classes for state , cbse and icse boards . After , the completion of my B.Ed. in maths and english in 2014 . 1 ) I have taught in my Self Owned Tuition Classes - Bengaluru, Karnataka . (March 2014 to March 2015 ) . I conducted tuition classes at home and taught english and maths to 6th to 10th state, cbse and icse students . 2 ) I taught in Kendriya Vidyalaya CRPF - Bengaluru, Karnataka . ( April 2015 to April 2016 ) . Contractual basis job in Kendriya Vidyalaya CRPF . I was teaching english and maths to classes 6th to 8th std. , approximately 200 students . I also got experience of being a class teacher of 8th Std., composing question paper and evaluation of all answer sheets . I improved students in Maths and English . In this short span of time my effort was recognized by KV’s Assistant commissioner Mr. Gangadharaiya. Few of my students got more than 95% marks. 3) I taught in Radhakrishna english school - Bengaluru, Karnataka ( April 2016 to April 2017 ) . I taught english and maths to 10th std students (state board ) . All of them passed with good percentage in state board exam . 4 ) First Guide Academy - Bengaluru, Karnataka . (April 2016 to April 2017) . Alongside teaching in school , i taught in evening tuition classes in first guide academy for english and maths to state , cbse and icse students from 6th std to 10th std . 5 ) Sri Chaitanya Techno School - Salem, Tamil Nadu ( March 2017 to March 2018 ) I taught english and maths from 6th to 8th std ( cbse school ) . 6 ) I taught english and maths at self owned tuitions for 6th to 10th std ; state , cbse and icse boards . ( April 2018 to till date ) . Key skills - I am expert in teaching Maths and English to students, give detailed explanations, explaining concepts, give sums/problems to solve , I also give puzzles and educational games for those subjects to the students to improve their thinking . My main aim is to improve their understanding first and create interest in study. I also evaluate students by unit test and diagnostic test. I teach English using direct method , with formal and informal grammar also.

I use to take HINDI & MATH class since last 5 years for various grades. I am taking ONLINE and OFFLINE both the classes. I can teach HINDI grammar , reading, writing, Q/A etc.
